Dear Vi Bella Family and Friends,

We hope this email finds you well. Today, we reaching out to you with an urgent appeal on behalf of Vi Bella and the artisans we support in Haiti. As of March, Haiti is in an extreme state of economic, political, and social turmoil, and our artisans are confronting unprecedented challenges just to survive.

Despite all these issues, Vi Bella Artisans continue to show incredible resilience by going to work when possible, with the hope that our customers continue to support us during these trying times.

An update on the situation in Haiti:

The shutdown of both the airport and the port has led to considerable delays, hindering our ability to procure supplies or transport products. However, we anticipate a resolution soon, as it is not feasible for gangs to maintain authority over imports and exports indefinitely.

This situation has sparked a significant humanitarian crisis, with essential supplies unable to reach those most in need. Despite these obstacles, our artisans are steadfastly fulfilling open orders, and we are committed to expediting shipments once flights resume to mitigate further delays.
